I am pushed for time and I will be away for a couple of days but here, via the excellent Tim Worstall, is an eye-witness account of that incredible victory day 20 years ago by the man with the keenest eyes in the business - P. J. O'Rourke. He it was who years ago laid down the best definition of real third world poverty I have ever heard - absence of chickens!
