Well, yes, but this was "Cosi Fan Tutte" by Mozart but via Morcombe and Wise; not quite "The Opera Wot I Wrote" but nearly!
Actually, in a garden on a warm summer evening in front of a well fed and 'watered' audience, it was exactly right. Great fun!
