Both write in a font that's too small for me to read, and is unresponsive to the settings on my computer. So much for he Left's concern for the disabled.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I have written to Oliver on a couple of occasions and begged him to increase his font size but to no avail. He's too busy crusading for social democracy. As for 'lenin', his font can't be small enough as far as I'm concerned.

On the subject, can I say that the one thing I have always insisted on when it comes to buying computers is that I have a larger than average screen. I couldn't use a lap-top because everything on the screen looks so tiny. As you can imagine from this blog, I spend an inordinate amount of time reading and I have no desire to further weaken my eyes. Also, when I started with computers I went to my optician and asked for a set of lenses to be made that focused my eyes at approximately the length of my arm. She was somewhat reluctant and only agreed when I told her they were strictly for use in front of a screen and she should put the cheapest, ugliest NHS frames around them. I still have them and they are a real boon.

I've no brief for Kamm's politics, but he is clearly erudite & an extremely good communicator, so it's a little hard to see how 'lenin' (a single-digit IQ who has a vocabulary consisting of half-witted insults) thought he could win.

It is worth reading though, despite the font; rather like observing a Pomeranian launch itself at a Great Dane - you know the inevitable outcome, but you can't look away...

Dead right, Julia, and it just goes to show that not all blood sports are bad!
