He also claims to suffer from depression and obsessive compulsive disorder.

In other words his defense is he should be discharged form the police as medically disqualified.

Some how I don't think his superiors see it that way.

Based on what the copper describes, coupled with the behavior, in my best medical opinion it simply cannot be that "obsessive compulsive disorder" is a constituent potion of his malady. Primarily because both anxiety and depression also being included in his diagnosis. These last two symptoms present in an individual however are usually associated with a sleep disorder. (In the offchance you question my credentials - allow me to remind you - I am the son of a physician.) In my professional opinion, the deaths of the dogs while unfortunate, is perfectly understandable and therefore excusable. The poor wretch most likely suffers from:
