Well, I dunno.

His piece about planning seems to be a lament for managerialism, and the usual stuff about how awful supermarkets are; well, Kevin, that's why nobody ever patronises them - I bet you don't, do you? Revealed preferences, mate, revealed preferences.

The other piece contains the stunning quote "A black economy is a true disaster for a government", and from the context he seems to think this is a bad thing.

Clearly he's never heard that "The State is not your friend".

Spontaneous development according to commercial realities, and a reluctance to pay yet more taxes? What's his problem, exactly?
