This was the view from our spare bedroom window two years ago when we had a sudden and dreadful attack of 'global warming'! I would like to tell you that I spent several hours leaning out of the window adjusting my 'f2' (whatever that is!) and moving the camera so as to compose the picture in an artistic manner. However, given the temperature at the time, the fact is that I stuck the camera out like a Kalashnikov and pulled the trigger very fast several times and then ducked back in before slamming the window shut! Thus, we have 'accidental art' at its best!
Anyway it now serves as our Christmas card which I have much pleasure in sending to all of you, my faithful (well, more or less faithful!) readers. Alas, you are not able to admire the impeccable condition of the grass beneath the snow but you have my absolute assurance that it is cut and trimmed to perfection. Who carries out this onerous duty? Er, modesty forbids and all that sort of thing.
Anyway, Very Best Wishes to all of you and yours.
I say, I say, I say, why does your bedroom have a spare window?

I wish our neighbors were as quiet as yours. In fact, some days I wish they were like yours in every respect.
A very happy Christmas to you and your family, DD, and to all of the faithful that gather here.

In case one is closed!
Yes, 'W', but sometimes I feel certain I can hear the odd bit of grumbling about the noise when I trundle past with the mower!
NOTE: I forgot to say that I am out all day tomorrow so no posts until Tuesday.

Thanks so much!
'Feliz Navidad' and 'Próspero año nuevo' to you and your family!
You see? I've managed to include a 'z' and an 'ñ', so to make it almost unpronounceable for non spanish people.
