I read cafe Hayek every day, and there was always one subject that infuriated me -- immigration, with professor B taking the side of open borders. He's brilliant, but he lives in a bubble (a bubble that, incidentally, isn't broken even on the rare occasion that he admits that his salary is wholly tax funded. Some libertarian!).

Now there is a second subject that infuriates me -- the attack on Hiroshima. Again, a bubble. There are Americans who call themselves a-bomb babies -- people who wereprepared to invade japan, and therefore prepared to die, but didn't because of the bomb. American lives were saved, and that's how wars are conducted. Less of us, more of japan, died (and it was probably less of japan too). No apologies. It wasn't our war.
