Sorry your trip to Bath was spoiled by the play however Bath is still one of my favourite places to visit.
David did you ever hear any more from Dave,s Part (Osler)?

My dear, what did you expect from a provincial theatre?

Petunia (in Madeira)

No, Jimmy, he seems to have disappeared which is a pity because he was a fairly civilised 'Leftie'.

How kind of you, dear Petunia, to let us know that you are topping up your tan in Madiera, m'dear, whilst we freeze our 'wotnots' off in bloody Blighty!

Nobody speaks up properly these days, do they David?

I've noticed it too, and I'm sure it's been getting slowly worse for the last twenty years or so.

And that is why, Andrew, I am such a fan of these cinema 'simulcasts' which are available. You can hear every word. You can take in your own picnic food and wine if you like and it's a fraction of the price of a West End Theatre. I'm off to see 'Much Ado' on the 4th march.
