I simply do not know. Apart from my inherent ignorance of most things American, I find it impossible to gauge the American mood these days apart from the seemingly obvious fact that the entire country is going mad! One surprising fact is that 'The Donald', disappointingly to some, has not actually dropped a major bollock! Yes, he has mis-spoken once or twice but all 'polis' do that because their main business is non-stop speaking but none of his words have started WWIII! The American economy trundles along despite the hammer blow from this damned 'virus-thingie'.
Meanwhile, the brain-dead, Leftie troglodytes keep up their non-stop efforts to burn and pillage in the name of the Brotherhood of Man - yeeeeeees, quite! Trump's fairly decent opponent dodders along, guided by his puppet-masters. Should he actually win, of course, he will no more preside over America than I will! The apparatchiks are already in close formation around him in order to guide him Leftwards to inevitable disaster.
How much of this do the American 'Peeps' see and understand - 'nottalot', I fear!
President Donald Trump has a 91 per cent chance of winning the November 2020 election, according to a political science professor who has correctly predicted five out of six elections since 1996.
“The Primary Model gives Trump a 91 percent chance of winning in November,” Stony Brook professor Helmut Norpoth told Mediaite on Tuesday.
Mr Norpoth told the outlet that his model, which he curated in 1996, would have correctly predicted the outcome for 25 of the 27 elections since 1912, when primaries were introduced.

It would be better for the UK if Trump is elected. The Democrats are likely to support the EU in our brexit trade negotiations. Democrats like big government and wasteful beaurocracy.

From what I've read Trump may be a duffer (see what I did there?) but he's not daft. I just hope that a majority of his electorate can, yet again, see that and, just as clearly, what the alternative is,
